HOW IT WORKS:
STEP 1: ORDER YOUR
We advise you to order the shoes first and try them on at home to ensure the perfect fit. Once you are happy with the fit of your shoes, please head back to our website to order the shoe dye service.
STEP 2: ORDER YOUR COLOUR.
You can choose from our ready-mixed colour palette, or we can create a perfect colour match with the BESPOKE COLOUR MATCH option. You will just need to provide us with a colour swatch.
Our READY-MIXED service costs £40. Our Bespoke Colour Match Service costs £55. This includes all postage costs. If you also purchase a matching clutch to be dyed, there is no additional cost for dyeing this item.
STEP 3: WE SEND YOU THE DYE INFORMATION PACK & PREPAID POSTAGE LABEL
This includes your choice of colour swatch (for Ready Mixed Customers), the shoe dye consent form and T&Cs as well as, a prepaid postage label to send the shoes back to us to be dyed. If you have ordered the BESPOKE COLOUR MATCH SERVICE don't forget to include your own colour swatch.
STEP 4: WE DYE YOUR SHOES AND THEN RETURN THEM TO YOU!
Once we receive the shoes please allow up to 3 weeks for them to be dyed and returned to you. If you need the shoes urgently please let us know.
If you also purchase a matching clutch to be dyed, there is no additional cost for dyeing this item.
