We understand that many of our customers purchase our shoes for special occasions and events. We also understand that, under the current circumstances, many such events are in doubt. For this reason, we have decided to extend our returns policy to ensure that any customer that purchases shoes from March 15th, 2020 can buy them, safe in the knowledge that if they do happen to be purchasing them for an event, should that event not go ahead, and the shoes are no longer required, they can return them and receive a refund up to 90 days after purchase.
Please note that the shoes must be unworn, in a resale-able condition, and returned in their original packing, so we ask that you keep hold of the shoe box, tissue paper and shoe bag.
We offer Standard or Express Delivery on all of our UK orders and we use Royal Mail as our preferred provider.
Standard Delivery is charged at £3.95 and takes approximately 2 working days from the date of the dispatch. Orders made before 1pm will be despatched that day.
Express Delivery is charged at £6.95. Orders should arrive the next working day after dispatch. All orders made before 11am will be dispatched the same working day.
For delivery to countries within Europe and the EU we charge a flat fee of £10. Delivery takes up to 7 working days. Orders are tracked and we will provide a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
For delivery to countries outside of the UK and Europe we charge a flat fee of £12. Delivery usually takes around 7-10 working days.

There are a limited number of countries where we are currently unable to deliver, including Russia. If you require delivery to country that doesn't appear when you go to place an order please email us at email@example.com and we will try our best to accommodate.
Please note that for international delivery we are not responsible for any associated import charges or local taxes.
We want you to be 100% happy with your shoes but should you need to return them, providing they are unworn and in a re-saleable condition (this includes unmarked soles, so please try on the shoes on a carpet), you can return them for free within 21 days of receipt and obtain a full refund, or exchange them for a different size. A returns form will be included with the shoes.

If you wish to return your shoes via Royal Mail, please click on the image below to generate a prepaid returns label. Please note that you will need your order number, which can be found on your original order email, or on the enclosed returns form.

Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of returns on non-UK orders, so if you need to return you shoes for a refund or exchange please do so, in an unworn and in a re-saleable condition (this includes unmarked soles, so please try on the shoes on a carpet), within 28 days of receipt. A returns form will be included with the shoes. We ask that you return the shoes via a tracked mail service to ensure that they reach us, as we cannot be responsible for shoes that are lost in transit.
If you wish to exchange your shoes for a different size and would like us to keep that size aside for you, please email us at email@example.com and just let us know your order number, the shoe you wish to exchange and the new size you need. We will cover the cost of sending you the replacement shoes.
