CHRISTMAS POSTAL DEADLINES


If you are shopping to receive your shoes in time for Christmas, you will need to place an order by the following dates:


UK 

Friday, 19 December - Royal Mail 48 and 24 Hour Tracked - Orders must be placed by 2pm

Mon 22 December - Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed - Orders must be placed by 2pm


International 

FedEx - Wednesday 17 December - Orders must be placed by 2pm


EXTENDED RETURNS - We have extended our Christmas returns period for all orders placed from November 21st from 28 days to an extended return date of January 15, 2026.

United Kingdom (and Crown Dependencies)

DELIVERY:


We use Royal Mail to deliver the majority of our UK orders. 


Please note, our fulfilment centre is closed on weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.


All express and next day orders must be placed by 2pm. Please contact us (0203 393 1349) if you need an urgent delivery after this time.


Standard Delivery - £4.95 (3 - 4 working days). Orders made before 2pm will be despatched that day. 


Express Delivery - £6.95 (1-2 working days). All orders made before 2pm will be despatched the same working day.


Next Day Delivery - £12.95 (Guaranteed by 1pm - Monday to Friday only). All orders made before 2pm will be despatched the same working day. Please note this service will not deliver on a Saturday so if you are ordering on a Friday for Saturday delivery please contact us.


International

International Shipping (excluding USA)

We are pleased to be able to offer International Shipping on a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) basis which means all taxes and import duties are calculated at the checkout; no further duties will be applied before delivery.


If you choose to return your items, you will receive refund for duties and charges paid (pro-rated according to the number of items returned).

Please note, we use FEDEX for our economy international deliveries. Collections are twice weekly, on a Monday and Thursday. Orders, placed after 2pm on a Thursday will be despatched the following Monday. If your order is urgent, please use our express DHL service which offers daily collections. For same day despatch (Monday – Friday) please ensure your order is placed before 2pm.
