IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING THE SALE
 
Products: All of the items in the sale are sold "As New" but for items marked as "seconds", these are either customer returns that have failed our QC inspection, or factory seconds. The items will have small defects such as marks on soles, and/or defects to the leather or suede. Any defects will not impact the resilience or wearability of the shoes. Only defects deemed of significant visible size, or those that have an impact on the aesthetic of the shoe, will be detailed in the photos. 
 
Discount Codes: Discount codes are not valid for use in the sample sale. Store purchased S&G gift cards are accepted.
 
Postage: Please only choose​ our standard postage option at the checkout. We aim to despatch all items within 5 days but we won't be able to facilitate express shipping.
 
Please do not order Sample Sale Items with Non-Sample Sale items: We kindly request that you do not order sample and non-sample sale items together as sample sale orders will not feed through to our fulfilment centre. If you wish to purchase items outside of the sale, please place a separate order.

Returns:  Please avoid returns if possible, since we’re trying to clear out unwanted stock and are pricing the shoes accordingly. If you do need to return an item, you will need to arrange your own tracked return (we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in transit) and pay the postage costs as we will not be offering our usual free returns service.​The return address will be provided on the despatch note.
 
Packaging: To keep costs low and ensure we can sell the shoes as competitively as possible, we will not be re-boxing or repacking the items so please excuse well worn boxes (it's the shoes that count!). Cotton shoe bags will also not be included. 
 
Be Considerate: Feel free to buy as much as you wish but we kindly ask everyone to be considerate shoppers. Please only buy what you are determined to keep, so others don't miss out.
